Who is RD?
Rodica Draghincescu is a linguist, academic, and author internationally recognized for the originality and power of her writing. Her impactful contributions, along with her passion for multilingual education through cultural travel, make her a unique figure. Her exceptional journey has taken her to numerous countries, enriching her inspiration and literary world.
Born in Romania, she now divides her time between her native country and France. She possesses extensive experience in the field of education, specializing in cultural and pedagogical expertise and multilingualism.
She has a wealth of experience in higher education within public institutions, as well as in Ministries of Education and Culture.
With over 30 years of experience collaborating with various European countries, she has worked particularly with Romania, Germany, Luxembourg, and France. She has also accepted professional invitations to universities in the United States, Canada, and China.
Over the years, in France, at the initiative of the DRAC (Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs) of Lorraine, she took the artistic reins of the Metz-based festival of traveling literature, Terranova. She also founded the amateur theatre competition Les Jeunes Molière in Moselle, France.
Since 2010, Rodica Draghincescu has been the founder and director of the international online magazine LEVURE LITTERAIRE. This multilingual, non-profit publication brings together editorial teams from around the world. It is committed to promoting solidarity between languages and cultures.
With several literary awards and distinctions to her name, RD has participated in more than 60 literary festivals, congresses, and conferences dedicated to authors' books and translation studies. She is the author of 22 books published in Romania, France, Germany, Canada, the United States, Lebanon, and Luxembourg. In addition, her work appears in approximately one hundred anthologies of contemporary poetry.
Powerful and captivating, she recites her poems, skilfully employing a diverse range of voices, melodies, and innovative sounds. Her creativity has often inspired artists such as painters, actors, singers, and musicians from France, Luxembourg, and Germany, particularly within underground theatre scenes.

Rodica Draghincescu ist eine internationale anerkannte Linguistin, Akademikerin und Autorin, die für die Originalität und Ausdruckskraft ihrer Texte bekannte ist. Ihre wirkungsvollen Beiträge und ihre Leidenschaft für mehrsprachige Bildung durch Kulturreisen machen sie zu einer einzigartigen Persönlichkeit. Geboren in Rumänien, lebt sie heute abwechselnd in ihrem Heimatland und in Frankreich. Sie verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bildungsbereich mit den Schwerpunkten Kultur- und Pädagogikkompetenz sowie Mehrsprachigkeit.
Sie hat weitreichende Erfahrung im Hochschulwesen an öffentlichen Einrichtungen sowie in Bildungs- und Kulturministerien.
Mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen europäischen Ländern hat sie insbesondere mit Rumänien, Deutschland, Luxemburg und Frankreich gearbeitet. Sie nahm außerdem Einladungen von Universitäten in den USA, Kanada und China an.
Über die Jahre übernahm sie in Frankreich auf Initiative der DRAC (Regionaldirektion für Kulturangelegenheiten) von Lothringen die künstlerische Leitung des in Metz ansässigen Festivals für Wanderliteratur, Terranova. Außerdem gründete sie den Amateurtheaterwettbewerb Les Jeunes Molière in Moselle.
Seit 2010 ist Rodica Draghincescu Gründerin und Herausgeberin des internationalen Online-Magazins LEVURE LITTERAIRE. Diese mehrsprachige, gemeinnützige Publikation vereint Redaktionsteams aus aller Welt und engagiert sich für die Förderung der Solidarität zwischen Sprachen und Kulturen.

Sie ist Autorin von 22 Büchern, die in Rumänien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Kanada, den USA, dem Libanon und Luxemburg erschienen sind. Darüber hinaus sind ihre Werke in rund einhundert Anthologien zeitgenössischer Lyrik vertreten.
Kraftvoll und fesselnd trägt sie ihre Gedichte vor und setzt dabei gekonnt eine Vielfalt an Stimmen, Melodien und innovativen Klängen ein. Ihre Kreativität hat oft Künstlern wie Malleren, Schauspielern, Sängern und Musikern aus Frankreich, Luxemburg und Deutschland inspiriert, insbesondere in der Underground-Theaterszene.

Née en Roumanie, elle partage aujourd'hui sa vie entre son pays natal et la France. Elle possède une riche expérience dans le domaine de l'éducation, se spécialisant dans l'expertise culturelle, pédagogique et le plurilinguisme.
Elle a une riche expérience dans l'enseignement supérieur au sein d'établissements publics, ainsi que dans les ministères de l'Éducation et de la Culture.

De plus, elle figure dans une centaine d'anthologies de poésie contemporaine.
